Multiple Explosions Rock Gombe

Towards Dusk yesterday a group of gun men suspected to be Boko Haram members attacked the central prison and police station located near the Emirs palace in Bubayero area of Gombe state. At least 10 people including policemen died when the attackers tried to blow up the prison with a view to saving their members locked in the prison.

In a similar Vein 2 cyclist opened fire at a mosque in Kano killing 5 people. The cyclist are also suspected members of Boko Haram which has sustained a campaign of violence since 2011 which has led to the death of over 2000 people
