Wise counsel

Clearly recent events indicate that there is a delibrate
attempt to provoke an upheaval in Northern Nigeria within a
very short period two influential people were targeted by
bombs while followers of shiete sect were allegedly killed in an
upheaval with soldiers yesterday in Zaria. there is something
sinister happening in Northern Nigeria which is not
coincidental.
No matter the level of provocation restraint must be the
watch word because violent outburst or killing perceived
perpetrators will not solve the problem. People in the north
must resist the urge to resort to violence because that is
exactly what the attacks are meant to achieve. Northern
political, traditional and religious leaders must do everything
in their powers to preach and rally the people on the need for
peace. May God deliver our nation from evil mechanisations
aimed at causing war among the citizens
